After a weekend at NC's very own Animazement, I'm back to my old stuff. It's drab, it's tiring, and I have to deal with a bunch of stupid people.
I didn't really go to any of the fan panels at all this year, they weren't that interesting and the one that I wanted to go to was friday at noon and I didn't leave until about 6. But I still had fun. I wandered alot of the time since I had no one to tag along with me. I had combined 2 of my paychecks for spending money, and I got alot of stuff. I got the Light Yagami and L nendriod figures, A Yuna figure because it was $15 and everyone else in the dealer's room had it for $25 and up, I got a parasol and a LARGE fan, some magnets and buttons, a killer bunny, an emo dalek shirt, and some prints. And I miraculously had money left over.
I can't wait until next years one, CHI!

Not, like, nasty strange, just out of the ordinary even for me.
It started out LOTR-ish, a bunch of people( including some of the characters from LOTR) were being attacked by a shitload of orcs. We had to hole ourselves up in a castle to keep from being killed. The person leading us gets killed in the battle along with a lot of people. Night falls and people are nursing their wounds and parents are comforting their kids. and somehow I get appointed to tell some of the kids that they're parents were killed. I had just finished with some of them when this a man comes up and sits next to me and says " I bet you're not the only parent not getting any sleep tonight. and I tell him that I don't have kids, I'm just really good with them. Then stuff happens and then I get appointed as the person who takes care of the orphans, and then I wake up.

part of the dream is based in real life because people keep on assuming I have kids of my own, I don't know if it's because I look older than I am, if it's because that women keep on having kids at younger ages, or the fact that little kids love me. I'm also good with them, I'm best with kids who are, like 0-3 years old.

Yup, should have posted it sooner, but I finished moving my stuff on monday, with the help of my roommate and her mother, I cannot thank her enough.
And I finally had my date so that makes my new( and first) boyfriend official. ^_^ I feel so happy.
And a happy easter to all, today is the day we honor Jesus' ressurection by worshipping bunnies and eggs!

And I don't really care!
It'll just be another day!
I will get to the the place I'm moving in to though, I get to spend my 19th birthday gazing into a new chapter of my life, so to speak.

And I've come to realize the total bullshit that is health insurance, the costs alone could give one a heart attack. I can't recieve federal assistance unless I'm pregnant. (that's not going to happen any time soon) The people who did an insurance quote thingy said I'd have to enroll in a state progam for "discount" insurance, and that shit is still about $160 a month! I'd like to kick everyone in the nuts whose responsible for that shit, even if it's a woman!

Other than that, I'm in a fairly good mood today, I have today and tomorrow off from work, so I can relax and pack. And I have a date today. ^_^ That is, if the silly goose can fix some planning errors. lol

So, yeah, I don't even really care if anyone gets me anything for my birthday, especially people who've done favors for me.
